I waited for my vehicle to have its MOT, oil change and break pads to be replaced. Unfortunately BMW did not replace the break pads the very next day my car was flashing front break pads need replacing. I have to take the car BMW very inconvenient.

I would have give it 1* as a call suggested I needed 4 wheel alignment and recommend changing A/C Fulid at a cost of a extra 500 odd quid plus VAT which I find wasn't necessary and just way of getting more money from customers

Since discovered via you tube newer diesels don't burn everything off unless engine temp reached and speed exceeding 60mph for a period - well I don't believe that was mentioned when the car was purchased and to me it is a design fault ?
