Mixed feelings. On one hand, I was given a courtesy car and treated well. On the technical side of things, the mechanics have not completed the job fully as the engine management light was on when I collected it. Needs to be brought back in.

(Recall) You send me a video on 1/9/25 about my car, saying based on what you found, it would fail a MOT. I got a MOT on 6/9/25 and it passed by Halfords. Also the recall warning is still showing when Halfords completed the MOT.

The service Team were able to establish faults and rectified the problem albeit they were unable to resolve one problem with Oxygen sensor. I had to buy the part from bmw parts and got it fitted in another garage due to expensive labour charges.

Service was good but sales was not, I was told my car needed an alignment even if done the month before already. The results of the alignment were given and not a single value justified a re alignment. I also asked for the engine maintenance package

I brought my vehicle for a Used Warranty repair in 16-Jul. It took until 22-Jul to have this addressed after multiple mistakes. After collecting the vehicle there is a new problem. I am very disappointed by the service and technical expertise.
