My car was working fine for a decade. As soon as we went for a recall the whole car broke down . BMW did not even offer to take a look at the car for free. It's ridiculous . I'm getting rid of my car and never buying a BMW again

A recall is never good news. Had to wait for 30 mins to collect the car at the end of the day. Then was told that there were numerous issues with it that should would have been picked up on its MOT less than a month before.

Tony handled everything and issued refund of my wheel alignment charges after the issue was identified. The only concern was that the automatic wheel alignment diagnostic appeared inaccurate, suggesting the technology may need further refinement.
