Overall excellent customer services. The only issue I had was with the video update that was sent to my phone. The Mechanic spoke too fast and needs to speak slower when explaining the mechanical terms and checks she had done.

When booking the car in was told MOT and cleaning of the car was a 2 hour job. On the day decided to stay and wait. Got the car back 4 hours later with birds mess still on the roof and no real signs it had been done elsewhere, wheels etc still dirty.

Overall good as most of the issues were dealt with but there is an issue with my drivers seat rocking/knocking something like a hinge or bracket inside the seat loose. They said they looked at it buts it's still exactly the same as when it went in.

Andrius was a pleasure to deal with and has truly made me realise the difference between an average service which Ive had from VW and Mercedes and exceptional one which was provided by him at BMW. Can not recommend enough!
