I wasn't made aware that the work wasn't going to be done on my car due to needing confirmation of an extra cost. We missed each others calls however a voicemail explaining this would have helped so id know why my cars in over the bank holiday weeknd

I was having 2 cars serviced on consecutive days. My plan was to drop the first car off at 8am on Monday, leave it overnight and when dropping the 2nd car off collect it. Unfortunately when I arrived on the Tuesday my 1st car had not been serviced!

The reason we have given this answer is that the car was repaired for the same reason fifteen months ago and we have now had to have it repaired again for £2,500 and we are still getting the same message about the water coolant despite going back!
