I went for a service recall. Never got any updates on the car whilst it was undergoing work. Never had a video sent out or inspection when I told there would be. I had to call many times to try and confirm if my car is ready. Not the best experience.

To many Customer up selling calls rather than actually sorting the problem out that the car came in for and giving me a firm update. Workshop couldn't correct my wheel alignment out because they couldn't undo a track Rod! A bit poor for a dealership
