My app told me I needed a minor service and could wait 90 mins but when I got there was told straight away it'd need to be a major service meaning I had to wait around for hours, why can't your team advise this during the booking so I plan the day.

I started off disappointed as despite being a long time customer my details had been erased and replaced with my dad's which was annoying and explained why I kept being referred to as my dad in emails all of a sudden. It was fixed by the agent.
